Planning
Fleggburgh Parish Council is not a planning authority.

It is, however, asked for its comments by Great Yarmouth Borough Council and the Broads
Authority for applications in respect of the Parish of Fleggburgh (Burgh St Margaret, Billockby,
and Clippesby).

The Parish Clerk or a delegated Councillor receives the applications by email, and once received these can be inspected at the beginning of the parish council meeting where they are to be discussed. If the deadline for response is before the next Parish Council meeting then an extension is sought so that the full Parish Council can view the application, and Parishioners have the opportunity to speak to the Parish Council at the meeting before comments are returned to Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

All Planning Applications for comment by the Parish Council are notified on this website within the Agenda for the next meeting.

Full details of each Planning Application can be viewed at either of the two Planning Authorities:

Please note that the Parish Council no longer receives any paper planning applications, if you wish to view any planning application in hard copy you should make your request to the relevant planning authority.
