Regulation 14 Consultation – Fleggburgh Neighbourhood Plan Review
Fleggburgh Parish Council is inviting comments on the draft Fleggburgh Neighbourhood Plan as part of the Regulation 14
(Pre-Submission) Consultation.
The Neighbourhood Plan covers Burgh St Margaret, Billockby and Clippesby and sets out planning policies that will guide future development in the parish once adopted. The current draft reflects extensive work by the Parish Council and Steering Group, informed by evidence gathering and community engagement.
Consultation period
The Regulation 14 consultation runs from:
Monday 26 January to Sunday 8 March 2026
During this period, residents, businesses, landowners and statutory consultees are encouraged to review the draft Plan and submit their comments.
Consultation event
A public drop-in consultation event will also be held, where members of the Steering Group will be available to answer questions and discuss the draft Plan:

How to view the documents
The draft Neighbourhood Plan, Statement of Modifications and supporting documents are available to view below.
Printed copies of the draft Plan will also be available to view at Fleggburgh Village Hall during the consultation period.

Comments should be submitted using the online consultation survey, available via the link below or by scanning the QR code shown on consultation materials:

Paper copies of the survey will also be available at the consultation event.
All comments received during the Regulation 14 consultation will be carefully considered by the Parish Council before the Plan is finalised and submitted to the local planning authority.
